Move screenshot out of bounds

Add the ability shift the visible area outside the current frame boundaries. This allows users to focus on and highlight specific regions of the screen without being constrained by the original screenshot dimensions.

If I have a screenshot where all my data is in the top half I’d like to only show that top half while moving the screenshot to the bottom border to make it look as if the rest was cut off. This would also allow so that a screenshot could be split in two vertically, each one showing half of the phone but together would look as a whole.
