Improvements to screenshot titles

It would be awesome to have the ability to customize the title more. I like being able to change the size and font but I really want to change the:

• Text angle

• Text background/shadow

See example screenshot for reference - see how the font is at an angle and also has a cool white background behind it. This would help the text pop more in screenshots.
